Assessment
Initial assessment with the client including baseline measurement of body composition changes:
Body weight (kg), Height (cm), Body fat (kg), Fat mass (%)
RHR - Resting Heart Rate (pulse)
BMI   - Body Mass Index (%)
RBP - Resting Blood Pressure (Systolic / Diastolic)



Programmes offered
Physical exercise 
1 - 2 - 1  Personal Training with full workout including the following components:

Cardiovascular
To increase overall fitness and improve cardiorespiratory exercise performance.
This can be done through a programme of exercise indoor, outdoor and swimming pool such as:
Walking, jogging, running, cycling, rowing, step aerobics, swimming etc.

Resistance machines
To increase muscle srength/endurance, tone and mass. This can be done through a programme of exercises against resistance on various machines in the gym, home and swimming pool.

Weight lifting
Weight-lifting routine, body building routine and spotting.

Body stretches and balances
Flexibility exercises, static stretching

Weight loss
For people who want to lose weight this programme will include taking measurements of anthropometrics:
Waist, hips, chest, shoulders, thighs and arms.
Advice on nutrition.
Physical exercise programme

Components of fitness Speed, strength, flexibility and motor skills.
Each programme will be individalised based on the specific needs of each client and include speed, strength, flexibility and motor skills.


Lifestyle Issues
Smoking, alcohol, diet and level of physical activity

Review of progress
Every 6-8 weeks clients will be reassessed to ascertain progress towards their goals.
