Some companies prefer to give the benefit of exercise for their employees
at the workplace during work time.
I offer workout with 1-2-1 or a small group of people.
In a 1-2-1 session I provide the same activity as outlined on the private client home page.
In a group session I provide circuit training based on cardiovascular and resistance exercises.
The benefits of circuit training
Circuit training is a safe, effective and fun approach to exercising that can be enjoyed by a variety of people. It is attractive to men and women, younger and older age groups, sports people and the general population.
The components that contribute to physical fitness are:
Cardiovascular, strength, endurance, flexibility, motor skills (balance, speed, power and co-ordination).
